What a stunning day for a beautiful barn wedding here in South Wales. The weather has been pretty mental over the last week, but with a stroke of luck we have had one of the best days ever! Kate and Andrew really have smashed it out of the park with their laid back vibes and planning. They’ve kept with a DIY ethos, the ceremony was in a church in Wenvoe, which is just outside of Cardiff, followed by the reception at their family’s farm ( sheep and solar) down the road in the Vale of Glamorgan.
I hope we are all having an awesome time this fathers day. Parents are literally what makes us and they also make your wedding special to. I slapped together a little mini post with a handful of shots of some of the Dad’s I’ve had the pleasure of hanging out with at weddings. Some are grooms, some are guests some are father’s of the bride or groom but they each have there own little story to me when I look the images.
Having the best time today at Nash Point Lighthouse period. The sun is out everybody smiling and I'm here for one of the most laid-back, awesome, festival-vibe weddings I've ever done. From the Marquee to the floor of the decorations, the food everything is just out of this world incredible and I feel super lucky I get to capture it all with the awesome Mr and Mrs Taylor.
Today is a really short and sweet teaser posted don't forget to check out some more of the images on Facebook and Instagram.
I cannot wait for tonight we are surrounded by beautiful scenery on the South Wales coast with perfect weather and the happiest people
It’s been an awesome day today with Alyssa and Chris and we have people from all over the world here to celebrate these guys tying the knot and man what a day it’s been. It’s really cool to be able to capture all the laughter smiles and joy on an epic today like today. Especially when it’s so clear how amazing Alyssa and Chris are for each other. It’s an exciting new chapter ahead of the big plans they have together ahead.
So I’m getting into the full swing of things kicking off the busy period for wedding season here in South Wales and what a weekend it is! I’m here today with Katie and Marcus for their St Tewdrics Wedding. They had their Ceremony at Cardiff Cathedral which was absolutely beautiful. Now we’re all at St Tewdrics about to have some food.
Hello May ! What a great start to one of the busiest months! Summer is either here or on the way and I’m having an amazing time with Lowri and Ben Aberavon, Port Talbot. I’m doing a quick on the day edit for them whilst we all sit down for some food. The day has been awesome with smiles and laughter and all that good stuff weddings bring. We’re so spoilt for choice with venues and beautiful coastline here in South Wales.
Hey guys I’m Chris and I’m a wedding Photographer based in Cardiff South Wales but I work all over. I’m having an absolute blast with Lara and Owen today at their Insole Court Wedding. The weather is a little drizzly, but guess what, we live in Wales and we’re all about 70% water anyway so there is no problem. It’s certainly hasn’t stopped all the fin love and feel good vibes today.
It’s my first time here at Insole Court and I am blown away with this hidden gem of a venue. I would defo recommend it to couples looking for something intimate and cosy. Everything is right here and you can concentrate on having the best time tying the knot with your best mate.
Well where has the time gone? It’s Spring already and I am super excited to be here at Norton House in the Mumbles.
South Wales has soooo many amazing wedding venues that you really are spoiled for choice. It’s my first time here today and mate, what a day for it. It feels like summer and this has got to be in my top Swansea wedding venues.
As it’s the New Year I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone and I’m running a little offer to help those of you planning a wedding that have not yet booked your wedding photographer or videographer.
Winter weddings are becoming more and more popular! Aside from Christmas, New Year and the odd birthday there isn’t a lot going on in Winter, there are lots of places that offer special prices because Winter isn’t the ‘typical’ wedding season
